Well, this week has been super awesome. The people here are wonderful! I love Viedma! We had some incredible miracles this week, including the following:
A recent convert called us to tell us that his niece wants to be baptized! Her name is Macarena. We taught her twice with Pedro, her Uncle who is the legal guardian of her and her two sisters, and then her sister Belen decided to come to the lessons and is awesome! She´s been reading from Stories from the Book of Mormon to Macarena, who can´t read. They both are going to be baptized on Saturday. Pray a lot for Pedro, Macarena, Belen, and Nieve (the other sister who we havne´t met yet).
Alejandra is super prepared, we were able to teach her the plan of salvation this week which was awesome. She understands perfectly all that we have taught, and loves going to church. We just have to wait on the birth of her nephew so her brother can come to the baptism.
Manuel should be coming back from vacation this week, and he also was anxiously waiting to be baptized, so it should be an awesome. Two inactive families we´ve been visiting went to church yesterday, both of them had been sealed in the temple and for varias reasons had fallen away, but on Sunday they were there. We had about 60 people in Church, which was awesome especially during summer vacation!
I absolutely love being a missionary. It´s so awesome to see how people make changes for the better in their lives as they begin to understand God´s plan of salvation and read the scriptures, pray, and go to church. It´s a 180 degree change in the light that they have. This is the Lord´s work, and when we are willing to recognize that, miracles happen.
I love you all a ton! Sorry I can´t send pics, this computers full of viruses…
All my love,
